Mexican Food … YUM! (A "just for fun" Beautiful Blog)

Cinco de Mayo is often a day when we eat, enjoy, and maybe indulge in some of our favorite Mexican cuisine! So, we thought we'd share a few of our favorite (and EASY) recipes for you to make the next time yummy Mexican food is calling your name! ;)

First up, a recipe we like to call "Lazy Man's Tacos". If a recipe where you add all ingredients to the slow cooker and return later to "dinner done" is for you, then click right here --> Lazy Man's Tacos

Next, we have a restaurant quality recipe that's so delish but doesn't require a lot of time and effort. We give you Crunchy Turkey Tacos. After tasting these, you'll be equal parts shocked and satisfied by how yummy they are!

Our grand finale is a Mexican food fan fave! We know guac is extra but you won't need any extra time to make this quick and easy guacamole recipe!

Quick Guacamole

1)Mash together avocado meat

2) Add juice of one lime

3) Add 1/2-2/3 cup cilantro

4) Add 1/2 cup red onion

5) Add plenty of salt

6) MIX it all together!

We hope you enjoy these recipes with friends and family! And, if do you make and enjoy them, let us know in the comments. :)
