Lisa Tobias, a certified Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience, leads this low-impact Pilates mat class designed to help women build a consistent movement practice. With a focus on mobility, core strength, and proper alignment, the class helps ease aches and pains, increase body awareness, and engage muscles you didn’t know you had. Each 45–60 minute session is followed by a time of devotional, fellowship, and prayer. This class is best suited for women in their 40s and up. Please bring your own yoga or exercise mat.
