Grace Young Adults (formerly The Exchange), the Young Adult Ministry of Grace Family Church, exists to see a generation of people ages 18–29 become fully surrendered disciples of Jesus who are rooted in truth, connected in authentic community, and empowered to live out God's calling on their lives. Our heart is to create a place where every individual can grow in their relationship with Jesus, build lasting friendships, and confidently step into the purpose God has for them.
